Premiere Pro:
Media Intelligence and Search Panel – The new AI-powered Media Intelligence and Search Panel allows users to locate clips more quickly by recognizing content in seconds.
Editors can search for footage using prompts that describe visuals, spoken words, or embedded metadata. AI can identify objects, locations, camera angles, and more, significantly reducing the time spent sorting through clips.
Editor Ernie Gilbert (Opus) praises these advancements, stating, “These tools help remove some of the tedium of the process.”

Generative Extend – Generative Extend revolutionizes editing by allowing users to lengthen clips that are too short or navigate around unwanted scene elements.
This tool can seamlessly add up to two seconds of video or ten seconds of audio, assisting with pacing and transitions. Powered by Adobe Firefly, Generative Extend supports 4K and vertical aspect ratios while maintaining a non-destructive workflow.
Users can generate new content or revert to the original as needed, and even rate the Extend so that the AI can learn and improve. Additionally, generative content credentials ensure transparency in AI-generated media.

Caption Translation – The AI-powered Caption Translation feature supports up to 27 languages, automatically detecting the source language and allowing users to select a target language.
Editors can display multiple captions simultaneously within the Text Panel, making content more accessible to diverse audiences.

Color Management – Adobe’s updated color management tools now enable seamless transformation of log and RAW video into SDR and HDR formats without needing LUTs.
A wide-gamut color pipeline enhances dynamic range and color grading flexibility. With up to six presets, editors can easily match cameras for a cohesive look.
After Effects:
High-Performance Preview Playback – Users can now preview entire compositions without delays from rendering or caching on any computer.
This enhancement eliminates workflow interruptions, providing a smoother editing experience.
Enhanced 3D Tools – Adobe has upgraded its 3D tools to include animated lighting environments and more realistic 3D compositing. Models can now be surrounded by 360-degree light for added detail and realism.
The update also introduces FBX file support, granting editors access to millions of 3D models with a single click.
HDR Monitoring – For those working with high-dynamic-range content, After Effects now supports HDR monitoring on both laptops and reference monitors, ensuring accurate color representation and a more vivid dynamic range.
Frame.io:
Expanded Storage and Asset Management – Frame.io now offers expanded storage options for Version 4 customers, providing scalable solutions for growing teams.
The platform standardizes work-in-progress asset management, enabling seamless collaboration and organized project management.
Advanced Collaboration Tools – Frame.io introduces text markup tools that allow users to highlight, comment, and collaborate on key project documents – including scripts, briefs, and treatments – within the same environment as media assets.

AI-Powered Audio Transcriptions – With support for 18 languages, Frame.io now provides searchable audio transcriptions that can be navigated, searched, and exported in SRT and VTT formats, improving accessibility and workflow efficiency.
