Hollyland advances its presence in the professional content creation arena with the launch of the new Cosmo C2 multi-camera wireless system.
The Cosmo C2 features hot-swapping capabilities, allowing users to add more power and camera platforms in real-time during live streaming and electronic field production (EFP).

The C2 includes two transmitters and a single receiver, making it suitable for the majority of wireless field setups. It can transmit 4K video wirelessly up to 1,000 meters (3,000 feet) away, while maintaining low latency at just 33 ms.
This low latency helps prevent synchronization issues during live events, thanks to the C2’s proprietary HEVO 2.0 technology.
HEVO 2 automatically detects interference from ambient frequencies and hops between channels to deliver a clean, uninterrupted signal.

Additionally, the Cosmo C2’s RX receiver improves low frame inputs, enhancing them up to 60p with a new frame rate algorithm for smoother images.
It also retains the last frame during unexpected signal loss, preventing the display of manufacturer logos when the signal drops.
With plug-and-play compatibility, the Cosmo C2 supports RTMP, UVC, and NDI outputs, along with USB Type-C connections and RTMP cloud streaming support.
The receiver features multiple HDMI and SDI connections, as well as SDI loop-out on the transmitter. The system seamlessly facilitates live streaming to platforms such as Facebook Live, YouTube Live, X, and Twitch.

The Cosmo C2 offers various power options, including DC power and NP-F batteries for the transmitters, and DC and V-Mount batteries for the receiver.
The units can be hot-swapped easily; when a cameraman signals the change, the system enters preview mode while the batteries are replaced and then resumes real-time transmission without any reconfiguration.
It’s also light enough to be rigged to handheld gimbals and drones for a variety of camera shooting options.
Judging from the initial impressions, the Cosmo C2 looks to be extremely robust, capable of handling demanding live streaming and broadcasting events, while maintaining audio and video fidelity.
It looks to be extremely reliable and flexible to keep the signal boost no matter what the situation is that unfolds.
Pricing and Availability
The Hollyland Cosmo C2 is currently available through Hollyland distributors for a retail price of $1,299, which includes two transmitters and one receiver.
A single transmitter and receiver set is available for $999, and additional transmitters can be purchased separately for $399.
The system comes with two transmitters, one receiver, seven blade-style antennas, a DC power adapter, mounting and expansion accessories, a USB-C OTG adapter, and a hard-shell Pelican-style protective case.
