Atomos has announced a significant firmware update for its popular Shinobi II HDR monitor, which introduces expanded camera support, enhanced touch-to-focus functionality, and other performance improvements.
The update, version 11.03.00, is now available and further enhances the capabilities of the renowned 5-inch HDR display.

Additionally, the touch-to-focus function is compatible with new camera models, including the Canon EOS R1, EOS R5 Mark II, EOS R7, Nikon Z8, Sony FX3, and Sony FX30.
The firmware update also adds camera control support for the Fujifilm X-T5, X-T4, and X-T3, along with Fujifilm F-LOG2 Log/HDR conversion capabilities.
Furthermore, several housekeeping improvements include bug fixes and enhancements for general reliability, all aimed at improving the user experience.
Jeromy Young, CEO of Atomos, described the update as a gift to the company’s loyal users.
