The Blackmagic Cinema Camera 6K Pro offers professional-grade features as the advanced successor to the Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 6K.

It supports 6K recording with 12-bit Blackmagic RAW and 10-bit ProRes Raw for accurate color depth and detail. The camera also boasts an impressive 13 stops of dynamic range and dual native ISO, delivering exceptional detail in extreme lighting conditions.

The 6K Pro’s 6K Super 35 sensor provides exceptional image quality, making it an ideal choice for projects that demand high resolution and superior cinematic results, without the need to invest in more expensive cinema cameras.

Moreover, with its EF lens mount and built-in ND filter system, filmmakers have access to a wide array of professional lenses to further enhance their creative options.

With the addition of the Blackmagic Cinema Camera 6K Pro profile, users can leverage FilmConvert’s Nitrate and CineMatch applications to achieve cinematic film-like aesthetics.

FilmConvert meticulously scans various film stocks and applies their unique grain structures to digital footage, aligning with each camera’s sensor for precise application of film grain and color grades that mimic traditional film.

Users can further customize their footage with the app or plugin controls, adjusting elements such as exposure, color temperature, film stock selection, and grain intensity to achieve their desired look.

CineMatch, on the other hand, is designed to harmonize footage from different cameras, ensuring a consistent appearance across various clips. This is particularly useful for multi-camera shoots where matching the color profiles of different devices is crucial.

By using dedicated camera data, CineMatch adjusts for discrepancies in exposure, color temperature, and tint, resulting in a uniform look that simplifies the post-production color grading process.
