FilmConvert has just announced that FilmConvert Nitrate and CineMatch now support the latest Fujifilm X-H2S. The camera is the most advanced mirrorless model in the X series, being the first to include a stacked APS-C-format 26.1MP X-Trans 5 stacked BSI sensor.
Additionally, the X-H2S can record 6.2K/30p with the new X-Processor 5 image processing engine, as well as 4K/120p and 4K/60p. This is also the first camera in the X series to contain F-Log2, which Fujifilm claims to provide a dynamic range of up to 14+ stops.
FilmConvert’s software allows users to customize the look of the captured footage by tweaking it in a way that fits perfectly the desired film appearance. It also allows choosing the camera as well as the model and picture style that the footage has been shot with.
