SmallHD just released the 2403 High Bright. Billed as the world’s brightest 24-inch production monitor, the newcomer complements the already notable Full HD lineup of production monitors that currently include the 1303 HDR and the 1703P3X.

Weighing in at 13.9lbs, the 2403HB has unmatched durability and functionality for its size. According to SmallHD, the newly designed aluminum chassis of the unit provides ultimate in-the-field protection without adding bulk.

With 1600nits of brightness, the SmallHD 2403 delivers excellent daylight visibility alongside 178-degree viewing angle, impressive contrast ratio, and 100% Rec 709 color reproduction, resulting in an accurate image no matter the environment.

The 2403HB comes equipped with a 24-inch IPS display with 1920×1080 resolution producing a daylight-viewable image without sacrificing image quality. Along with its unrivaled brightness, the 2403HB has an impressive contrast ratio (3100:1), viewing angles(178-degree), and color reproduction (100% Rec 709).

I/O options on the 2403HB include 2x 3G-SDI inputs, 2x 3G-SDI outputs, HDMI input/output, a stereo headphone jack as well as an XLR power input (12-34VDC) and a 2-pin locking power output (12V, 4A).
