Compared to the european street price of 1400€ (excl. tax) for the coming Atomos Shogun 4K this monitor is everthing but cheap. I prefer having an 4k video + audio recorder in a calibrated fullHD 7″ IPS monitor than the EVF of the spectra HD 4 for a little bit more money.
Hi, Tim!
Sure, Shogun 4K will be a formidable solution when it is out as well. I’m sure both tools will find their place on the market though. It all comes to personal preferences in the end.
Regards!
Hello,
I found this unit is now quite cheaper,
Mine shows a lot of lag when using the wheel and not easy to go to the menu as you may wait to get from item to item.
Is your wheel menu selection is seamless or you think my unit is defective?
